All the equipment adopts high-quality microwave electronic components:
A total of 26 original Korean Samsung (or Toshiba) air-cooled magnetrons (1000W) are adopted, featuring high efficiency, strong load capacity and long service life. Due to the adoption of high-alumina ceramic sealed tube openings, this magnetron features high-temperature resistance, high efficiency, strong load capacity, long service life, and reliable and stable operation.
Microwave Power distribution design
According to the characteristics of microwave drying, the power density of the microwave heater adopts an enhanced microwave distribution method
The specific distribution design of the magnetron is as follows: there are a total of 4 boxes and 26 magnetrons

Microwave energy supply mode
This machine adopts multiple feeding ports on the top of the box for heating and drying, which is more conducive to thorough and uniform drying. The carefully designed phase complementary feedback port and microwave waveguide, combined with a large amount of theory and practice, ensure the complete normal operation of the magnetron and have excellent output matching performance, making the heating material more uniform and thorough, and extending the service life of core components such as microwave tubes and transformers

Equipment manufacturing materials
The box design process adopts a height of 518mm because the material will heat up during the heating, drying and sterilization processes. This design helps to lower the surface temperature of the microwave heating box wall and is conducive to achieving the ideal energy feed microwave emission distance

Dehumidification and heat dissipation system
Design an independent dehumidification and heat dissipation system, using one multi-wing centrifugal fan for dehumidification and multiple axial flow fans for heat dissipation (the heat dissipation fans are located on the rear power frame). The dehumidifying fan can quickly lower the temperature of the box body, remove some moisture from the materials, improve and ensure the internal environmental temperature of the electrical box, and guarantee the long-term continuous and stable operation of the equipment
