The core advantages of the compression heat adsorption air dryer
Ultimate energy efficiency: Regeneration does not require an external heat source. It recovers the waste heat from the air compressor’s compression, saving over 86% energy compared to traditional micro-heat models. The regeneration gas consumption is ≤2%, and some models achieve zero gas consumption, significantly reducing operating costs.
Drying stability: The “activated alumina + molecular sieve” composite bed layer ensures a stable dew point of the exhaust gas up to 40℃(customizable to 70℃), with a dew point fluctuation of only ±2℃, making it suitable for complex working conditions.
Convenient operation and maintenance :PLC intelligent control supports dual-mode switching. The adsorbent has a lifespan of 3 to 5 years. The quick-release structure makes replacement easy and reduces downtime.
Strong adaptability: Processing capacity 45-520Nm³/min, pressure range 0.5-1.0MPa(high pressure can be customized to 400bar), protection grade IP55, covering the needs of multiple industries.
High efficiency and low loss: System pressure loss ≤0.04MPa, ensuring the efficiency of the gas path. The attenuation rate of the adsorbent is ≤8%, and the structure has high durability.
