The working principle is that at the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically broken down under the action of the agitator. Particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried up by the rotating airflow and further dried during the upward process. Due to the rotational flow of the gas and solid phases, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the two phases is relatively large, which enhances the mass and heat transfer between the two phases. Therefore, this machine has a high production intensity.

The rotary flash dryer is a highly efficient drying equipment integrating drying, crushing and screening functions. It is mainly applied in the dehydration treatment of high-viscosity and heat-sensitive materials in the chemical, food and ceramic industries, such as kaolin, soy protein and metal hydroxides. This equipment forms a rotating flow field through tangential air intake at the bottom, combined with a stirring device to shear and crush the materials. It utilizes gas-solid two-phase flow to enhance heat and mass transfer, featuring short drying time (50% shorter than traditional equipment), high thermal efficiency, and low energy consumption. The core structure of the equipment includes a classification ring, cyclone plates and a mechanical stirring system. By adjusting the diameter of the classification ring, the fineness and final moisture content of the material can be precisely controlled (for example, the final moisture content of calcium carbonate is ≤0.1%). The bottom is equipped with a special cooling device to prevent the material from deteriorating due to high temperature. The air distribution structure reduces the operating resistance, and the air pressure seal and bearing cooling technology extend the service life of the equipment. Its circumferential high gas velocity design can prevent material from adhering to the wall, support continuous feeding without bridging phenomenon, and is suitable for handling complex material forms such as paste and filter cake.
