This equipment is a highly efficient freeze-drying device, specially designed for large-scale production, integrating low-temperature freezing and vacuum sublimation technologies. It can process various heat-sensitive and high-value-added materials in batches. This equipment is equipped with a large-capacity freeze-drying chamber and an intelligent temperature control system, which can precisely regulate the parameters of the entire process of freezing, sublimation and desorption. The Pilot freeze dryer has a drying capacity of up to 1,000 liters, which can meet the commercial production needs of most vials or other materials and comply with relevant regulations. There are also multiple optional systems. The main features include:
1. Vacuum automatic shelf;
2. Freeze-drying, in-situ cleaning (SIP) and in-situ cleaning (CIP) are automatically controlled.
3. The SCADA control system complies with relevant regulations and can store up to a thousand formulas.
4. The flatness of the shelf is less than 1.0 millimeter, and the temperature uniformity is less than 1 degree Celsius.
5. It can be used for palletizing bulk materials or vials in production;
6. Drying capacity: 200 to 1000 liters; 7. Comply with GMP and FDA standards.
Freeze-drying technology refers to the drying of frozen products in a vacuum environment below the triple point. A vacuum environment is conducive to the sublimation process, enabling ice to directly transform into gas without going through an intermediate liquid stage. This extremely mild drying method can retain the active ingredients of the product to the greatest extent and is widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
