Equipped with a large-area heat exchanger and low-noise axial flow fan, it achieves rapid heat dissipation and stable cooling performance, maintaining a constant temperature range of -30℃ to 5℃ for frozen and fresh goods. The integrated modular design simplifies installation and maintenance, while its energy efficiency ratio is 25% higher than conventional models, significantly cutting long-term operational costs.

Large cold storage facilities often have a volume of tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters and need to maintain a low temperature below -18℃ (pharmaceutical cold storage can reach -40℃), with extremely high demands for cooling capacity. The condensing unit achieves strong output through “high-efficiency compressors + optimized condensing system” : The main type adopts screw or centrifugal compressors. The screw compressor, with its multi-cylinder structure, has a single unit cooling capacity ranging from 100kW to 1000kW, and still maintains excellent efficiency under partial load. The centrifuge is suitable for large cold storage facilities. The high-speed rotation of the impeller enables the cooling capacity to reach several thousand kilowatts. The condensing system is equipped with large-sized finned or shell and tube condensers. The air-cooled type is paired with low-noise high-volume fans, and the water-cooled type uses high-efficiency heat exchange coils to accelerate the liquefaction of high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerants. In addition, the units support multiple units in parallel. Through load linkage, the cooling capacity can be adjusted in steps, which not only meets the peak demands such as goods storage and defrosting, but also avoids energy waste at low loads, precisely matching the dynamic load of the cold storage.

 

 

Large cold storage facilities operate non-stop throughout the year. Shutdown can easily lead to the deterioration of goods. The stability and durability of the units are of vital importance. There are three core guarantees: First, the core components are upgraded. The compressor rotor and cylinder are made of wear-resistant alloy and equipped with high-precision bearings, with a service life of over 10 years. The heat exchange components such as condensers are made of stainless steel or titanium alloy to resist the erosion of refrigerants and condensate water and reduce the risk of leakage. Second, it features multiple safety protections, equipped with high-pressure, low-pressure, oil temperature, motor overload, water-cooling water cut-off and other protection devices. In case of abnormal pressure, excessive temperature or other situations, it will automatically shut down and alarm to prevent component damage. Third, the design is adapted to the working conditions. The casing of the unit reaches a protection level of IP54 or above, isolating the moisture, low temperature and dust in the cold storage. Anti-vibration pipe clamps and flexible connections are used for refrigeration pipelines to reduce vibration transmission, prevent pipeline cracking, and ensure long-term continuous operation in complex environments
