Equipment description:
This machine adopts a fully sealed form, and all components are made of stainless steel. Equipped with three-stage filters, the filtration accuracy reaches grade 100,000. The interior of the cylinder is equipped with a wall cooling device to keep the temperature of the cylinder wall below 80℃. The drying tower is equipped with an air sweeping device inside. Even if the material remains on the cylinder wall, it will not burn or deteriorate, which greatly improves the powder collection rate and will not cause the drug to mix or stick to the wall.
Basic principle:
High-speed centrifugal atomization of traditional Chinese medicine extracts is an application of centrifugal atomization technology and is a kind of high-speed atomization dryer.
