Working Principle
The motor is started smoothly under frequency control. It is driven by the transmission system to rotate the drum at high speed, creating a centrifugal force field. The feeding speed, cleaning speed, and liquid removal speed can all be selected arbitrarily within a certain range of the drum (rated speed). Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the materials are evenly distributed on the drum for liquid separation. The liquid phase passes through the gaps of the filter net (bag), is sprayed out through the holes on the drum wall into the cavity of the machine shell, and is discharged from the liquid outlet on the base plate. The solid-phase materials are retained in the drum. The material liquid is added through the feeding pipe, and the washing water is added through the washing pipe. After the material is dehydrated, the machine is stopped, the machine cover is opened, and the materials are unloaded. In addition to the large cover being able to be opened, the entire casing of the centrifuge can also be opened to conduct a comprehensive cleaning of the drum of the centrifuge and the internal dead corners of the casing after the separation and discharging process is completed.
