The platform structure of the L(P)D series bag-type centrifugal separator with upper discharge is that the shell and the flat plate are welded together. The shell cover and the shell adopt a flange connection quick-opening structure. The opening of the shell cover is assisted by a balance cylinder (spring). The shell cover is equipped with feeding pipes, cleaning pipes, sight glasses, observation lights, air vents, etc. The external connection ports all use standard baskets. The discharging method is that the shell cover is opened, and the filter bag is lifted as a whole through the cantilever to the drum for feeding.

Working Principle
The motor is controlled by frequency conversion to start smoothly. The drum rotates at high speed, creating a centrifugal force field. The feeding speed, cleaning speed, and liquid removal speed can all be selected arbitrarily within a certain drum (rated speed). Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the materials are evenly distributed on the drum for liquid separation. The gaps of the liquid phase filter bag, after being thrown by the drum wall holes, fall into the cavity of the machine shell and are discharged from the liquid outlet on the base plate. The solid-phase materials are retained in the drum. The material liquid is added through the feeding pipe, and the washing water is added through the washing pipe. The feeding and washing can be controlled by a dedicated valve. After dehydration, the machine stops. The cover is opened, and the filter bags containing solid materials are lifted out of the drum by the cantilever and unloaded. After the unloading is completed, the inside of the centrifuge can be cleaned in all directions.
