The application scope is wide, applicable to solid-liquid separation of various particle sizes, and can also be used for solid-liquid separation of fibrous substances, such as salt, monosodium glutamate, food additives, etc. It is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, food, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection.
Working principle:
Feed: The suspension passes through the feed pipe into the high-speed rotating drum;
Centrifugal separation: The high-speed rotation of the drum generates centrifugal force, and the liquid passes through the filter cloth and exits through the holes on the drum wall, while the solid particles are retained on the filter cloth surface to form a filter cake;
Washing / Dewatering: Washing liquid can be introduced to wash the filter cake, and then continue to undergo high-speed dehydration;
Scraping discharge: The scraping device operates, and most of the filter cake is discharged through the discharge holes at the bottom of the drum;
Bag removal for residue cleaning: The automatic bag-lowering mechanism in the drum drives the filter bag to oscillate up and down, thoroughly removing the residual filter cake from the inner wall of the drum;
Explosion-proof additional process: Before operation, the internal air is replaced by a large-flow nitrogen gas purifier, and the oxygen content is dynamically monitored to ensure the safety of handling flammable and explosive materials.
Working Principle
The L(P)DG vertical top-discharge scraper centrifuge is a product that has been improved and designed based on the respective characteristics of the L(P)GZ and L(P)D centrifuges. It can loosen the material by using the scraper installed on the cover of the machine, making the discharge process easier.
