Working principle
The L(P)GZ(MDL) series of motor-mounted direct-connection scraper bottom-discharge centrifuges can achieve complete and automatic solid-liquid separation. Before the centrifuge starts running, it can be quickly purged with nitrogen inside the centrifuge. Once the centrifuge is powered on, the drum begins to rotate. When the set feed speed is reached, the motor-mounted direct-connection centrifuge cannot install the feeder. The solid-liquid mixture is fed through the lateral feeding pipe. The drum increases its speed to the separation speed, and the solid-liquid mixture undergoes high-speed dehydration. The liquid passes through the pores of the filter cloth and is discharged through the discharge pipe. After dehydration, the drum slows down to the discharge speed, and the centrifuge scraper discharges the material. The material is transferred from the discharge chute at the bottom of the centrifuge to outside the machine.
