The materials enter through the feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid-phase materials deposit on the wall of the drum to form a sludge layer, while the liquid-phase materials form a liquid-phase ring. Starting from the drum wall, the solid-phase layer and the liquid-phase layer are successively formed inward. The screw continuously pushes the solid-phase materials deposited on the drum wall to the cone end of the drum, which are then discharged outside the machine through the discharge port. The liquid phase is discharged from the large end of the drum to the centrifugal pump.
The separated liquid is discharged by a centrifugal pump, which has a certain pressure and can transport the mother liquid to a certain distance horizontally, replacing a transfer pump and saving energy. Moreover, the liquid is discharged by the centrifugal pump, and it is not in the same cavity as the solid discharge. This completely eliminates the possibility of tiny liquid droplets from the mother liquid contacting the solid phase again after discharge, ensuring high cleanliness. It is suitable for production fields such as pharmaceuticals and food.
