The 1350 cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding the outer cylindrical surfaces of cylindrical or conical-shaped rotating body workpieces.
The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic stepless speed change, and can also be driven by a handwheel; the guide rails use plastic-coated guide rails, which are lubricated by forced supply of oil, have vibration absorption and wear resistance, and operate smoothly at low speeds.
The cross feed of the grinding wheel holder is driven by hydraulic for rapid advance and retreat, and can be achieved by handwheel transmission for coarse and fine feed.
The grinding wheel spindle is supported by high rigidity sleeve-type dynamic and static pressure bearings, with high rotational speed and strong rigidity. The headstock uses a dual-speed motor with three-speed gear transmission, which has high transmission accuracy, strong rigidity, and is easy to operate. The universal type (14 model) headstock uses a sliding bearing structure, and the gap of the front bearing can be adjusted to meet the needs of grinding with centers or chucking. The universal type (14 model) headstock can be adjusted to any angle within the range of 90 degrees in the opposite direction to adapt to the grinding of internal and external conical workpieces.
The grinding wheel dresser is installed separately on the worktable and the tailstock, and has two dressing methods.
