Structural features
This machine adopts a cross-type slide plate layout. The front guide rails are all covered with polytetrafluoroethylene soft belts and are lubricated by intermittent lubrication pumps. The grinding head spindle uses high-precision angular contact bearings and a high-stiffness main shaft sleeve structure, with high rotational accuracy and convenient operation and maintenance. The column adopts a double-layer wall structure. The axis of the grinding head spindle is parallel to the worktable surface and is installed horizontally. The worktable uses a high-precision hydrostatic rotary table, with high rotational accuracy. The rotational motion is driven by an AC variable frequency motor through a toothed belt to drive the worktable; the feed of the front and rear, and up and down axes use high-precision ball screws, AC servo motors and the numerical control system. The feed sensitivity is high, and the operation is convenient and efficient.
