MGK28100 Double-Milling Head CNC Vertical Grinding Machine

 The base is an overall square structure, with a multi-layer mesh-like reinforcement layout inside, resulting in high overall structural strength. The columns and beams are of high-strength wall panel structure, with the bottom surface of the beams vertically installed on the base, with full perimeter contact at the bottom, providing good contact rigidity and stability.
The worktable is directly driven by a torque motor and can achieve continuous speed adjustment. An optional Hydac circular grating can enable non-circular grinding. The spindle of the turntable is a closed-static-pressure spindle. The X-axis (the horizontal movement of the grinding head) guide rail uses a large-sized double-line rail with multiple sliders, and the sliders use heavy preload products, with strong load-bearing capacity. The Z-axis (the vertical movement of the grinding head) adopts medium-sized linear rails with heavy preload, and the product is equipped with multiple sliders. Both X and Z axes use high-power servo motors with fast response speed.
The spindle part is arranged on both left and right sides. The default configuration is a left vertical spindle and a right horizontal spindle. A double vertical spindle is also available. The vertical and horizontal spindles both have rolling bearing electric spindles or dynamic pressure spindles. The standard configuration is a rolling bearing electric spindle. The vertical spindle can perform internal hole grinding, outer circle grinding, small end face grinding and forming grinding, while the horizontal spindle can perform large plane grinding. The rolling bearing electric spindle bearings use NSK precision bearings. The motor rotor is integrated with the main shaft structure, which has good rigidity. This spindle is suitable for high-speed grinding. The dynamic pressure spindle has a higher grinding accuracy and is suitable for precision grinding. All types of spindles are equipped with oil coolers to ensure stable operation.
