MGK2860 Single-Machine Head CNC Vertical Grinding Machine

The base is an overall square structure with a multi-layer meshed reinforcement layout inside, resulting in high overall structural strength. The vertical columns and crossbeams are of high-strength wall panel structure. The bottom surface of the crossbeams is vertically installed on the base, with full perimeter contact at the bottom, providing good contact rigidity and stability.
The worktable is directly driven by a torque motor and can achieve continuous speed adjustment. With the optional Heidenhain circular grating, non-circular grinding can be realized. The main spindle of the turntable is a closed-static-pressure main spindle. The X-axis (the horizontal movement of the grinding head) guide rail uses a large-sized double-line rail with multiple sliding blocks, and the sliding blocks use products with heavy preload force, providing strong load-bearing capacity. The Z-axis (the vertical movement of the grinding head) adopts medium-sized linear rails with heavy preload force. The product is equipped with multiple sliding blocks, and both X and Z axes use high-power servo motors with fast response speed.
The main spindle part is a single-mounted electric spindle. The spindle bearings use imported precision ball bearings from NSK. The motor rotor is integrated with the main spindle, resulting in good rigidity. The spindle end face is equipped with ring spray, which is more suitable for internal hole grinding. The spindle base is fixed on the CNC turret, and the CNC turret is fixed on the vertical slide plate. The spindle can swing 0 to 30 degrees with the turret. The spindle is equipped with various grinding rods for grinding wheels, and different-sized grinding wheels can be installed to meet the needs of different internal holes, outer diameters, and end face grinding.
