Performance and structural features of the machine tools
The MK1420, MK1432, MK1450, and MK1463 series of CNC universal cylindrical grinding machines are developed based on decades of grinding machine design, manufacturing experience, and new technologies. These CNC universal cylindrical grinding machines feature high generalization, modularization, excellent precision, strong rigidity, and wide adaptability. They are suitable for grinding the cylindrical and conical inner and outer surfaces of various shaft parts, as well as for use in machine tool spindles,  industries, aerospace, and precision mechanical processing workshops for precise processing. The operation is convenient and the performance is reliable.
The overall protection and maintenance are convenient and in line with ergonomic requirements.
The grinding wheel spindle adopts a sleeve-type dynamic and static pressure spindle system, featuring high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity.
The headstock spindle system uses our company’s proprietary technology, with high precision and strong rigidity. The surface roundness of the internal and external parts of the carded and machined parts is significantly higher than the national standard requirements.
Two-axis feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and the grinding wheel holder (X-axis) are driven by AC servo-ball screw pairs, with the minimum setting unit of 0.1 um and the maximum rapid feed speed of up to 5 m/min.
Various forms of diamond dressing devices can be selected (installed on the rear side of the headstock), enabling precise dressing of complex grinding wheel surfaces, and automatic compensation.
An active testing device is configured to achieve full closed-loop control of grinding processing.
A CNC system is adopted, featuring program transformation during the grinding process, workpiece quality management, machine status monitoring, self-diagnosis of faults, and abnormal alarms, with all-round control functions. The menu-style interface input is simple.
