The MKS1320 and MKS1620 CNC (end face) cylindrical grinding machines are medium-sized CNC cylindrical grinding machine products, featuring high rigidity, high efficiency and high adaptability. This machine is suitable for large-scale production in industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, air compressors, bearings, etc., and is also applicable for small-batch, high-precision part processing, aerospace, aviation, and general precision machinery processing workshops. It is a production-type CNC cylindrical grinding machine with simple operation, reliable performance and high machining accuracy.
The integrated mechanical and electrical structure layout, overall protection, and convenient maintenance comply with ergonomic requirements.
The grinding wheel spindle adopts a sleeve-type dynamic and static pressure spindle system, featuring high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity. The grinding wheel linear speed can reach 60m/s (special order), and the CBN grinding wheel linear speed can reach 80m/s (special order).
Two-axis feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and the grinding wheel holder (X-axis) are driven by AC servo-ball screw pairs, with the minimum setting unit of 0.1um, and the maximum rapid feed speed can reach 10m/min; the feed of the grinding wheel holder (X-axis) adopts special vibration absorption measures. Various forms of diamond dressing devices can be selected (installed on the rear side of the headstock) to achieve precise CNC dressing, adapting to the grinding of cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, formed cylindrical surfaces, R surfaces and grooves. When batch grinding conical surfaces, the cooperation accuracy can be guaranteed to reach over 80%; and automatic compensation is possible.
An active measurement device is configured to achieve full closed-loop control of grinding processing.
The CNC system adopted has functions such as program transformation during the grinding process, workpiece quality management, machine status monitoring, fault self-diagnosis and abnormal alarm, and provides comprehensive control functions. The menu-style interface input is simple.
