The MKS1320H/G and MKS1620H/G types of CNC (end face) external cylindrical grinding machines are our company’s self-developed medium and small-sized CNC external cylindrical grinding machine products. They feature a compact structure, strong overall rigidity, and high precision. This machine is suitable for use in mass production and is easy to operate, reliable in performance, and offers high cost-effectiveness as a CNC external cylindrical grinding machine.
The integrated mechanical and electrical structure layout, overall protection, and convenient maintenance comply with ergonomic requirements.
The grinding wheel spindle adopts a sleeve-type dynamic and static pressure spindle system, featuring high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity. The two-axis feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and the grinding wheel holder (X-axis) are all driven by AC servo-ball screw pairs, with the minimum setting unit being 0.1 um and the maximum rapid feed speed reaching 10 m/min. The X-axis grinding wheel holder (H-type) feed guide rail uses a pre-loaded linear ball screw for feed accuracy stability and precise and reliable feed.
A front-mounted diamond dressing device is adopted to achieve precise CNC dressing and automatic compensation.
An active measurement device is configured to achieve full closed-loop control of the grinding process.
The CNC system used has control functions such as program transformation during the grinding process, workpiece quality management, machine status monitoring, self-diagnosis, and abnormal alarm, with a menu-style interface input that is simple and convenient.
