This production line is specialized in the automatic weighing, filling and sealing of products, with core compatibility for PET cans, paper cans and a full range of cylindrical cans as packaging containers.
The equipment configuration is a complete integrated solution, mainly comprising: a multi-head combination weigher, a Z-type bucket elevator, a rotary positioning filling machine, an automatic capping and sealing machine (or automatic induction sealer), an automatic cap screwing machine, an automatic labeling machine, a full set of conveyor systems, a cartoning workbench, an automatic case sealer, and an automatic case erector.
The entire production process is fully automated with a streamlined workflow: After materials are precisely weighed and filled by the rotary positioning filling machine, the filled cans are conveyed via the conveyor system to the automatic capping and sealing machine (or automatic induction sealer) for airtight sealing. They then move to the automatic cap screwing machine for plastic cap application. Next, the cans are transferred to the automatic labeling machine for precise labeling, and subsequently transported to the cartoning workbench via the conveyor line. After manual carton packing, the finished cartons are fed into the automatic case sealer through the material flow line for final sealing and output.
