main application
It is mainly used for the solid-liquid separation of various solid-phase particles suspensions, and can also be used for the solid-liquid separation of fibrous materials. Especially for the separation of materials with high viscosity, fine particle size, toxicity, flammability and explosiveness. Such as: pharmaceutical products like antibiotics, vitamins, and pharmaceutical intermediates, food products like salt, monosodium glutamate, food additives, starch, sugar production, chemical seasonings, ammonium sulfate, gypsum, mirabilite, copper sulfate, potassium chloride, borax, dyes, pigments, resins, pesticide agents, etc., chemical raw materials like lithium battery ternary precursors in the new energy industry, as well as solid-liquid separation in industries such as mining, metallurgy, and environmental protection.

The regeneration structure design of the filter bag effectively removes residual filter cake, avoids cross-contamination of materials, improves filtration efficiency, and extends the service life of the filter bag.

Discharge is smooth
The automatic material scraping device has functions of speed adjustment and distance adjustment. The scraper adopts various structural designs such as double-edged blades (including wear-resistant: alloy blades, wear-resistant coatings, etc.), optimizes the cutting angle, has low scraping resistance, and for harder materials, the layer-by-layer scraping technology can be selected.
The fabric is uniform
The streamlined fabric distributor is designed to improve the balance of the fabric and reduce the vibration of the fabric for materials with poor fluidity.
The materials to be separated are added into the rotating drum of the centrifuge through the feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the materials pass through the filter cloth for filtration, and the liquid phase is discharged through the outlet pipe, while the solid phase is retained in the drum. When the drum is filled with the materials, the feeding and dehydration process stops. Then, the filter cake is washed and the washing liquid is filtered out. The centrifuge continues to rotate to dry the filter cake. After the filter cake meets the separation requirements, the centrifuge slows down and the filter cake is scraped off from the bottom and discharged outside the machine. The centrifuge then slows down again, and the pneumatic bagging device moves up and down reciprocally to shake off the residual filter cake, achieving the complete removal of the filter cake.
