The GQ Series Tubular Centrifuge consists of five core components: the main unit, transmission assembly, rotating drum, liquid collection tray, and feed bearing housing.
A flexible main shaft is mounted at the top of the drum, while a damping floating bearing is fitted at its base. The main shaft is coupled to the driven pulley via an integrated buffer mechanism. Power from the motor is transmitted to the driven pulley through the conveyor belt and tension pulley, driving the drum to spin at high speeds around its central axis and generating a powerful centrifugal force field.
Material is fed into the system through the bottom inlet. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the liquid phase moves upward along the inner wall of the drum, and components within the mixture are separated into distinct layers based on their differing densities.
