Job step:The cycle starts when the hydraulic system fires up to squeeze the plates together. Once it’s tight, the slurry is pumped in. All the solid stuff gets trapped inside, forming a ‘cake’.When the machine is full of this cake, the pump stops. The system then releases the pressure, opens up, and the dry cake falls out. After that, it just closes up and gets ready for the next batch. It’s a simple and stable process.
