By processing a large amount of food waste, kitchen waste, and gutter oil into resources, we can obtain products such as biogas, biodiesel, organic fertilizer, and high-protein feed. However, during the processing, the separation of oil, water, and solid must be carried out with mature technical support. Considering the difficult handling characteristics of food waste and gutter oil, our company’s technicians, based on advanced design concepts, independently developed a disc-type separator with a special mechanical structure, achieving the ultimate separation effect.
It contains multiple layers of discs with feed pipes at the top and exhaust and drainage interfaces. Suitable for sealed, continuous operation.
Inside is a high-speed rotating drum. The rotational speed is usually between 6000–12000 rpm. It generates extremely strong centrifugal force (up to 8000–12000 g)
On the left is the main drive motor. It directly drives the drum to rotate at high speed
At the lower part, there is a discharge port

4. Under the action of strong centrifugal force:
The heavy phase (solid or heavy liquid) → moves outward
The light phase (clear liquid or light liquid) → flows inward
