Main purpose
It is used for the solid-liquid separation of suspension materials with particulate solid phase, and can also be used for the solid-liquid separation of fibrous materials. For example: gypsum copper sulfate, potassium chloride, borax, dyes, pesticide agents, salt, monosodium glutamate, food additives, starch, sugar production, chemical seasonings, antibiotics, vitamins, copper, zinc, aluminum and other mineral products, metal refining, sludge treatment, sewage treatment, etc. It has been widely applied in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, environmental protection, energy and other industries.

Working principle
Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials tend to move towards the inner wall of the drum. The liquid phase passes through the filter medium covering the drum wall and then through the filter holes to the inner wall of the casing and falls into the base plate, which is then discharged through the outlet. The solid-phase materials remain in the drum and can be thoroughly washed, thus completing the solid-liquid separation. After the machine stops, open the cover of the casing, use the dedicated lifting device to take out the filter bags to the discharge location for unloading. After unloading is completed, reinstall the liquid retaining plate and the filter bag into the drum and lock the liquid retaining plate, close the upturned cover, and lock it. Then, the next working cycle can start.
