1. This product is a column-mounted precision CNC flat grinding machine. The machine adopts a T-shaped layout, with a reasonable structure that possesses sufficient static, dynamic and thermal stiffness as well as stable output performance. Advanced technology is employed to ensure that the system has excellent dynamic quality. The servo drive system used has high precision, high reliability and fast response speed.
2. The grinding head moves up and down along the guide rail of the column (in the Y-axis direction), the column moves back and forth along the guide rail at the rear of the bed (in the Z-axis direction), and the worktable moves left and right along the guide rail of the bed (in the X-axis direction). Through the control of the numerical control system, the two axes (Y and Z) operate in conjunction through the dressing device to complete the grinding of various special-shaped grinding wheels, achieving the grinding of formed surfaces. The two axes (X and Z) operating in conjunction can realize the grinding of curved surfaces such as arcs.
3. The grinding head body is of a box-like structure. The spindle is a self-made high-precision dynamic pressure spindle, installed in a sleeve-type structure. The spindle motor is directly connected to the spindle through an elastic coupling. The rotational accuracy of the spindle can easily reach within 1 μm, perfectly achieving the processing performance of heavy cutting efficiency and mirror surface quality.
4. The column is a box-shaped enclosure with a double-layer wall structure. Through finite element analysis, its structural rigidity is even more robust and powerful. The bottom moving guide rails adopt pre-loaded and gap-free high-precision linear guides, while the front and rear movements are achieved using linear motors combined with high-precision optical encoders for precise feed.
5. The machine tool can be equipped with a servo indexing device, which is used for the precise grinding of tooth-shaped workpieces.
