This product is a column-mounted precision CNC flat grinding machine. The machine adopts a T-shaped layout, with a reasonable structure that possesses sufficient static, dynamic and thermal stiffness as well as stable output performance. Advanced technology is employed to ensure that the system has excellent dynamic quality. The servo drive system used has high precision, high reliability and fast response speed.

The grinding head moves up and down along the column guide rail (in the Y-axis direction), the column moves back and forth along the rear bed guide rail (in the Z-axis direction), and the worktable moves left and right along the bed guide rail (in the X-axis direction). Through the control of the numerical control system, the Y and Z axes are linked to complete the grinding of various special-shaped grinding wheels using the roller dresser, achieving the grinding of formed surfaces. The X and Z axes are linked to realize the grinding of curved surfaces such as arcs.
3. The column is a box-shaped enclosure with a double-layer wall structure, which makes its structure more robust and strong. The bottom moving guide rails adopt pre-loaded and gap-free high-precision linear guides. The front and rear movements are driven by servo motors and combined with high-precision grating scales, driving the precision ball screw for precise feed.
4. The workbench is equipped with pre-loaded and gap-free high-precision linear guides that move left and right along the bed guideway. The movement is driven by a servo motor, which in turn drives the precision ball screw to move rapidly and perform precise feed.
5. The CNC turntable is installed on the worktable and serves as the fourth axis of the main machine, used for precise grinding of gear shaft tooth profile rotation.
6. The machine tool is equipped with a diamond roller dressing device, which is specifically designed for dressing the tooth profile of the grinding wheel.
