This stainless steel agitated reactor is a multifunctional reaction vessel integrating mixing, heating, reacting, dissolving, and blending in one unit. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical, and new material industries for both pilot-scale and industrial production.
The reactor vessel is made of high-quality stainless steel (SUS304 / SUS316L) with a polished inner surface, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and compliance with GMP standards. The top-mounted motor and gearbox-driven agitator system provides stable and efficient mixing, and various agitator types such as paddle, anchor, frame, turbine, and ribbon can be customized according to different material properties.
The reactor is equipped with multiple functional nozzles, including charging port, sight glass, vacuum port, temperature measurement port, ensuring safe and convenient operation. With a reliable sealing structure, it supports atmospheric pressure, vacuum, and pressure working conditions.
The bottom discharge design ensures complete material discharge and easy maintenance, making it suitable for a wide range of processes such as reaction, concentration, emulsification, dispersion, and mixing.
