Saddle-type mobile surface grinding machine
This series consists of two models: AHR and AHD. It adopts a cross plate layout, mainly for grinding the flat surfaces of workpieces with the circumference of the grinding wheel, and it can also use the end face of the grinding wheel to grind the vertical planes of the workpieces. The movement of the worktable uses a closed hydraulic system. The up and down movement of the grinding head can be quickly raised or lowered by a lifting motor (AHR) or a servo motor for quick lifting and automatic feeding (AHD), and it can also be completed manually. This machine tool can grind workpieces made of steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.

The machine tool adopts a cross-type support plate layout. The horizontal guide rails are covered with polytetrafluoroethylene soft belts. The movement of the worktable uses a closed hydraulic system. The front and rear feed can be manually fed or automatically intermittently fed by a motor driving a screw. The up and down movement of the grinding head can be quickly raised and lowered using a lifting motor (AHR) or a servo motor for rapid raising and lowering and automatic feeding (AHD), or it can be completed manually. A sliding screw is used, and high-strength cast iron base components are employed. The grinding head spindle uses a precision angular contact rolling bearing and a high rigidity sleeve structure. The overall quality of the machine tool is stable and the operation is smooth.
