Structural features
The special grinding head spindle is equipped with precision rolling bearings and is fully sealed for lubrication. It has a long service life and stable accuracy.
The three-axis guide rails are coated with plastic, and are combined with an independent automatic lubrication device. The movement is smooth and effortless, with minimal wear and stable precision for a long time.
Program-controlled series: The Y and Z axes use AC servo motors and are controlled by PLC systems, enabling automatic grinding of flat surfaces or forming surfaces.
Numerical control series: The feed of the Y and Z axes uses precision ball screws, and are controlled by AC servo motors and the numerical control system. The feed sensitivity is high, allowing for automatic grinding of flat surfaces, forming surfaces (with the Y and Z axes linked, it can achieve the adjustment of special grinding wheels, thereby achieving the grinding of forming surfaces), and automatic grinding of non-uniformly spaced, non-uniformly deep, and non-uniformly wide grooves or steps. The operation is convenient and the efficiency is high.
The X axis (left and right) is driven by hydraulic pressure, uses photoelectric switches for signal transmission, electro-hydraulic valves for direction change, and has an independent hydraulic station. The operation is stable and the noise is low.
