1. This product is a programmable column-moving type guide rail grinding machine, specifically designed for grinding rectangular or dovetail guide rails of machine tools. The workpiece can be directly fixed on the worktable or adsorbed onto the electromagnetic suction disc.
2. This machine adopts a T-shaped layout. The grinding head body is a box structure, the column is a frame-shaped box, the worktable uses flat-V guide rails and is covered with four layers of air-ethylene wear-resistant belts, with an independent hydraulic station, and the dedicated hydraulic valve is used for reversing, which is stable and reliable.
3. The electrical control uses PLC programmable controller to control various actions. The X and Z axes are servo-controlled, and the electronic handwheel is used for remote control, making the operation of this machine more user-friendly and maintenance simpler.
4. The feed motion of the grinding wheel is controlled by servo technology, making the maintenance of this machine easier and the overall reliability higher.
5. This machine has an automatic fault alarm function. If the guide rail lubrication of the machine tool is insufficient, it can automatically stop and alarm.
6. The cooling water tank is equipped with an electromagnetic separation mechanism, which is beneficial to improving the surface quality of grinding and also reduces the frequency of operators cleaning the water tank.
