The L(P)LGZ series vertical bag-in-box discharge centrifuge is a filtering centrifuge that performs intermittent feeding and intermittent discharging. After each discharge, the automatic bag pulling device can thoroughly remove the residual material layer on the filter cloth surface, achieving excellent filtration effect. It effectively avoids the impact of the residual filter cake layer on the material’s dewatering performance and can realize remote unmanned operation.
Working principle
The motor drives the drum to rotate. Under program control, when the feed reaches the feed speed state, the separated materials to be separated enter the high-speed rotating drum through the feed pipe. When the feed volume reaches the predetermined value, the feed stops. It then rises to a high-speed separation state. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials pass through the filter cloth (filter screen) for filtration. The slurry phase passes through the filter cake layer and is discharged from the outflow pipe through the drum holes. The solid phase is retained in the drum to form a cylindrical filter cake. Subsequently, the filter cake can be washed to meet the separation requirements. After meeting the separation requirements, the speed is reduced to the discharge speed state. The scraper device operates, scraping the cake off the inner wall of the drum and discharging it through the lower discharge port of the centrifuge. The centrifuge then slows down, and the bag pulling drive cylinder operates, generating an oscillating effect. The residual material layer is shaken off, completely removing the residual material layer.

4. The double-channel modified polytetrafluoroethylene lip-shaped seals and gas seals ensure the reliability of the main shaft seal.
5. Multiple safety protections ensure the stable and safe operation of the centrifuge and enable unmanned operation.
6. A remote diagnostic instrument interface is reserved.
7. A quick-opening large cover structure can be selected with a sloping bucket distribution device, making the distribution more uniform.
8. An optional DCS communication interface can enable remote operation.
9. The bag-pulling structure can completely remove the residual filter cake on the filter bag, achieving filter cloth regeneration.
