The hot air circulation tray dryer adopts a high-temperature resistant long-shaft circulation fan. The forced hot air heated by electric heating tubes or steam heat exchangers circulates inside the furnace. The drying furnace is equipped with an adjustable air distribution plate. Under the effect of forced ventilation, the relative temperature becomes more uniform, heat transfer is enhanced, thereby increasing the water evaporation rate and shortening the drying time. The entire furnace body adopts a fully enclosed structure. Most of the hot air circulates within the furnace, and the hot and humid air is reasonably discharged. It has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, energy conservation, and uniform drying of materials under forced ventilation.
