Vertical tubular drum: The drum is typically made of 316L stainless steel, with an inner diameter of only 50-100mm and a length of 300-600mm, presenting a slender tubular shape. This structure not only reduces the centrifugal force loss during high-speed rotation but also prolongs the residence time of the material in the drum, thereby improving the separation efficiency. The inner wall of the drum is precisely polished, with a roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm. This facilitates the subsequent cleaning of solid-phase deposits and avoids residual material contamination.
Drive and support system: The drive motors are mostly variable-frequency high-speed motors. They are connected to the drum shaft through flexible couplings, enabling a stable rotational speed of 15000-25000 r/min. The support structure uses a cantilever-type bracket, combined with high-precision rolling bearings, and is equipped with a dynamic balance system to ensure that the vibration of the equipment at ultra-high rotational speeds is ≤ 0.5 mm/s.
Discharge structure equipment adopts a double-layer mechanical seal design: The connection parts between the drum and the feed pipe and discharge pipe use fluororubber sealing rings, and the shaft ends are equipped with modular mechanical seals, which can achieve aseptic sealing. The material enters the drum through the bottom feed port, undergoes centrifugal separation, and the liquid phase is discharged from the overflow port at the top of the drum, while the solid-phase particles are deposited on the inner wall of the drum due to centrifugal force.

The “high precision” feature of the tubular centrifuge makes its application scenarios highly concentrated in fields with strict requirements for purity and hygiene:
Pharmaceutical industry: In vaccine production, it is responsible for separating the bacteria and impurities from the virus culture medium to ensure the purity of the vaccine raw material; in blood product processing, it can achieve layered separation of albumin and globulin in plasma; and in the antibiotic refining process, it can remove residual mycelia and colloidal impurities in the fermentation liquid, increasing the purity of antibiotics to over 99%.
Biotechnology: In enzyme preparation production, the tubular centrifuge can separate microbial cell debris in the enzyme solution to prevent damage to enzyme activity; in stem cell cultivation, it can clarify dead cells and culture medium impurities in the stem cell suspension, ensuring the activity and purity of stem cells.
Food industry: In the production of extra virgin olive oil, it can separate wax particles from the oil liquid to improve the transparency and taste of olive oil; in high-end juice processing, it can remove yeast and pectin colloids from the juice to achieve “sterile clarification”.
