Main features
The centrifuge adopts AC frequency conversion or DC speed regulation. During the automatic cycle operation, the stepless speed adjustment can meet the requirements of low-speed feeding, high-speed separation, and low-speed discharging for the rotational speed. According to the changes in material properties, corresponding rotational speed points can be provided to achieve the most optimized operation.
When the centrifuge slows down, it adopts the energy feedback braking form, converting the mechanical energy of the drum into electrical energy and feeding it back to the power grid, achieving significant energy-saving effects.
The electrical control uses a programmable logic controller (PLC). On the operation display screen, the time for each process can be set and the real-time working status of each process can be displayed. The operation is flexible, simple, and convenient.
The entire machine realizes the fully automatic cycle operation of each process through a combined control system of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical.
The parts in contact with the material of the centrifuge are made of carbon steel or austenitic stainless steel, meeting the needs of different users.
The overall structure of the centrifuge is compact, running smoothly. It has a large capacity, high rotational speed, high separation efficiency, large production capacity, high automation level, low noise, and low labor intensity.
The entire centrifuge is surrounded by stainless steel sealing plates, which isolate the particles that may be generated by the moving mechanism from the environment and the products.
The motion lubrication system is isolated from the products.

Loading (Feeding):The material slurry enters the centrifugal drum through the upper feeding port.
Acceleration and separation:The drum rotates at high speed, using centrifugal force to fling the solids towards the filter wall, while the liquid passes through the filter cloth and is discharged.
Washing:If it is necessary to increase the purity of the product, a washing solution can be added to clean the crystals.
Drying and centrifugation: Continue to operate at high speed to further remove the remaining mother liquor/washing solution.
Automatic discharge:The scraper or pushing mechanism is activated, causing the solid product to be scraped off the inner wall of the drum and discharged outside the machine.
